While my review Flyway wasn’t exactly like comparing apples to apples with other rigid gravel bikes because of the suspension fork it came with, the whole package was one of the most comfortable race-oriented gravel bikes I’ve ridden. I can’t quantify the percentage difference in rear-end damping over other bikes, but my main takeaway from riding the suspension-equipped Flyway in a variety of rough terrain is that it’s a fast and efficient pedaler that didn’t leave me feeling underbiked even through some sustained sections of chunky singletrack or really rough, unmaintained roads."
