Timberjack Geometry

Timberjack uses a longer toptube and shorter stem to put the rider ina confidence inspiring position for off-road riding. Using the same stem length, offsets, and angles on each frame size, we provide riders across our size range with the same consistent front-end experience. Combining this front end with super-short chainstays, as short as 420mm, makes Timberjack an extremely agile trail bike

Suspension Fork Compatible

Designed around a 120mm travel (51mm offset) suspension fork or our Firestarter fork, this frame can be used with 100 – 130mm travel suspension forks

Alternator Dropout Versatility 

The Alternator Dropout delivers incredible drivetrain versatility. Run singlespeed or geared, QR or thru-axle, freehub or Rohloff. Set the Alternator Dropouts all the way forward for a shorter wheelbase and quick, nimble handling, or set back for more stability. See our Alternator page

Versatile Build Options

Timberjack offers a variety of canvases for the off-road artist. Build it with 27.5+ or 29er wheels and tires, a 100-130mm travel suspension fork or our rigid Firestarter fork, or geared or singlespeed with the Alternator dropouts that can change chainstay lengths from 420mm to 437mm long. With multiple dropout plate options, rear spacing of the frame can be 135mm QR, 142mm thru-axle, or BOOST-148. Timberjack can easily adapt to whatever flavor of undertaking you’re up for
